Trustee

Stuart Boyle

Stuart Boyle is the Club Manager at Wentworth Club, a position he has earned through over a decade of dedicated service and progression within the golf team at Wentworth. A PGA Professional, Stuart joined Wentworth in 2013 and has since built a strong reputation for his leadership, operational expertise, and deep understanding of the member experience. He now oversees the full spectrum of club operations, including golf, tennis, health and wellness, and food and beverage services. Stuart’s hands-on approach, combined with his passion for excellence and commitment to service, ensures the continued delivery of a world-class experience for members and guests alike.

Woraphanit Ruayrungruang

Ms. Woraphanit is President of President of Reignwood Group Overseas Division and sits on the committee of Reignwood Culture Foundation. Led by Chairman Chanchai Ruayrungruang, Reignwood Culture Foundation invests in a wide spectrum of industries but also gives back to society, improving the lives of local communities, and assisting in the protection of the environment.

Recent charitable endeavours include supporting the Love Education Fund initiative in Zhuxi County – which funds teachers and students living in poverty. More internationally, she led Reignwood’s partnership with the London Symphony Orchestra in both China and the UK, furthering global and educational opportunities through the LSO’s innovative digital education and outreach initiatives.

Reignwood is deeply committed to youth development through sport, education and culture; and Ms. Woraphanit is delighted to support the Wentworth Foundation in her role as a Trustee.

Todd Patrick

Todd Patrick

Todd has been a Member of Wentworth since 2013 and was Club Captain in 2020. It was during his Captaincy that Todd became actively engaged in the Foundation and continued to be an intrinsic part of its activities, becoming a Trustee in the same year. He is passionate about youth development and mentorship and delights in being able to help our scholars with their transition as they leave the Foundation and embark upon their adult lives. Todd plays an instrumental role in the Foundation's Mentor Programme, which pairs the Juniors with a Member of the Club allowing them to gain valuable life skills beyond the course.

Michael McCloughlin

Michael Mcloughlin

A keen golfer, Michael has been a Member of Wentworth Club for almost 50 years where he has been actively involved with the Foundation for 20 of those years both as a Trustee and also as a Junior Organiser where he assists our aspiring young golfers take part in internal competitions as well as against other Clubs such as St. Andrew’s and Sunningdale.

Brady Rafuse

Brady has been a Member of Wentworth Club since 2018. He worked in telecoms and internet infrastructure for most of his career, most recently serving as Chairman and Chief Executive of euNetworks, a western European bandwidth infrastructure company, and he currently sits on the board of the Xenith infrastructure group. As 2025 Club Captain, Brady chose the Wentworth Foundation as his selected Captain's Charity, making it his mission to raise funds to support youth development through sport in the community.

Qian Liu

Qian is the General Counsel of Reignwood UK, bringing comprehensive legal expertise and strategic counsel to all aspects of the Group’s operations. Since joining the company in 2017, she has been responsible for overseeing legal affairs across a diverse global portfolio. With a deep understanding of the UK regulatory landscape and commercial environment, Qian plays a critical role in safeguarding Reignwood’s interests and shaping business strategy. She ensures compliance, drive cross-functional initiatives and supports the Group’s long-term business objectives through sound legal guidance, effective risk management and integrated operational support.

MAGDA SCHELLEKENS

Magda and her family have been members of Wentworth Club since 2009. She served as Tennis & Health Lady Captain in 2024 and 2025. With three degrees, including a PGCert in Personalised Nutrition, she helped develop one of the world’s first protein-energy sodas and is currently Operations Director at Zelus Drinks Ltd.
As a Trustee of the Wentworth Foundation, Magda is looking forward to contributing to programmes that expand opportunities for young people, promoting wellbeing, and ensuring the Foundation’s positive impact reaches even more families

Phil Leonard

Phil Leonard has been a member of Wentworth since 2009. He retired in 2018 from a career in the energy industry and management consulting. His last role was as a Senior Partner in Baringa Partners building the business across the UK, Europe, Asia and the US.

Phil served as Wentworth Club Captain in 2024. He placed a strong emphasis on galvanizing the membership behind his chosen charities Cancer Research UK and Alzheimer’s Research UK. Phil has continued as an ambassador for these worthy causes.

Phil is passionate about the benefits of sport for young people and is chair of the scholar and elite program within the foundation. He will call on his knowledge of the pathways open to young people in the foundation having seen his son Eoin through a career in county and international amateur golf where he won international honours and enjoyed a successful college career in the US while in college at Yale.

Ross Snape

Ross has been a member of Wentworth Club since 2018. Following a career in the construction materials industry, he retired in 2016, but remains an active investor in small privately owned businesses and start-ups.

Recently becoming a Trustee and Patron of the Wentworth Foundation, Ross is passionate about giving young people the opportunity through sport to build their life skills.
Ross will focus on fundraising to support the development and long-term future of the Foundation.

Ally Hunter

Ally has been privileged to be a member of Wentworth Club for over a decade. His career to date has been in merchant banking (Flemings) and the family office space. He was a founder of the Hottinger Group which was sold to Edmond de Rothschild in 2025 where he remains a senior advisor to the business.

Ally was honoured to be Club Captain in 2022, and passionately believes in the Wentworth Foundation.
